Louro Wines, located in the historic center of Évora, is an establishment dating back to 1951 that preserves the tradition of old wine shops. By prior appointment, the shop organises tastings for small groups, ensuring a close and personalised approach.
Each tasting is conceived as a journey through terroirs, grape varieties, and styles, with a particular focus on Portuguese wines and, especially, the expressions of Alentejo. The selection is tailored to the profile of each group, ranging from more introductory approaches to thematic or vertical experiences, including special references and rarer wines.
Throughout the tasting, both technical and sensory insights are shared, allowing for a deeper understanding of each wine, from its origin to the glass, creating an experience that is both enriching and accessible.
